Your starting salary

Apart from great work environment and friendly colleagues, we offer great financial incentives too. Your starting salary will be 10,000 zloty + bonuses. An average monthly bonus of a first year Consultant in 2023 was 8,453 zloty.

Recruitment Process

Short video interview
This initial round aims to assess candidates' communication skills, their ability to articulate thoughts concisely, and potentially reveal insights into their personality and motivation.

Tests in the office
Candidates who successfully pass the video interview move on to this stage where they undergo various tests. These tests may assess technical skills, problem-solving skills, or other job-related competencies. Conducting tests in the office requires personal involvement.

Interview with an experienced team member
If candidates perform well on the tests, they proceed to an interview with an experienced team member. The purpose of this stage is likely to be to assess their fit with the team and cultural fit, and to engage in more detailed discussions about their qualifications and experience.

Presentation to Partners about personal achievements
This stage requires candidates to deliver a brief presentation to the partners. This provides candidates with an opportunity to showcase their achievements, demonstrate their effective communication skills, and potentially highlight how they would contribute to the organization.
